Had another blast fishing with Doug. This time he
brought his first mate (and nephew) Dave. Just made
the trip that much more enjoyable. Dave, though,
turned out to be a pretty good guide himself, as I
was expecting him to tie the boat down and direct
the trolling motor more than give pointers and keep
it fun. I don't know, another 40 fish day and I
gotta say I'm comin to expect it. Great fishing.

Took our third trip with Doug on April 7,
2008..Chris and I caught 38 Bass and 1 Clear Lake
Golden Marlin over 10 pounds...Doug knows how to
find the fish...Can't say enough what a great guy he
is...we will be back...

50 years, but I`ve never caught Bass like this
before,(oh yea, my wife caught the biggest one).

Sept. 2007 - Mahalo Doug, I had a great time,
catching 17 Bass and 1 Catfish in four hours was a
blast, this was my first trip to Clearlake and your
expertise is what made the trip such a success.
Pulling in the five pound Bass and taking 2 of the
Bass home to eat was a great way to start my
vacation.

June 2007 - Here I go again - a repeat client
with another well deserved testimonial. This trip I
brought the wife along for a day on Lake Berryessa
with Doug on his comfortable boat the Patience II.
We had our limits of kokanee in a matter of hours, a
ton of great laughs and we were fortunate enough to
see the American icon - a living bald eagle - swoop
down no more than 40 feet from our boat as it nabbed
a fish laying on the surface. What a day. I can't
imagine having a better time on the water with a
true professional like Doug. Thanks once again and
we are looking forward to more trips with you ASAP.

June 2007 - Doug, Dick is still talking about the
two days we spent with you at the end of May. He has
submitted a photo to the local paper of his 7 pound
bass. Dick's health has continued to be a problem
but he is still active. I think you gave him the
time of his life. Our conversations during the two
days added to the pleasant experience.

April 2007 - A day my 10 year old nephew
and 10 year old son will not ever forget. That was
their first experience with large mouth bass and I
can truly say Doug spoiled them. It will be hard to
match. 3 hours on the water and they fished
themselves out of bait. The last few fish, Doug and
I needed to help them with their poles because their
arms where too tired. Doug not only got us to the
fish, but gave us some history of the lake and it's
inhabitants. I recommend if you want a great time
call Doug. I will again.

April 2007 - Man, never had more fun CATCHING
fish than I did with Doug. He took my father and I
out on the lake at 8AM, and by noon we had caught
over 20 Bass, and run out of Shiners. Couldn't have
asked for a better experience.

The "Perfect" Day of Fishing can and did happen for
my son and I!! We
caught between 30 and 40 Largemouth in one day (I didn't
think it was
possible to lose count but it happened!. At one point my
son pulled in
three bass in a row all healthy fish in the 5 to 6 pound
range!! All

Our trip with Doug turned out to be the best day of
fishing we have
ever had on a California Lake and we have spent many a
day out there on
our own boats. We have been on guided trips to Alaska
and to much of
Baja del Sur as well as many other sites but this guy
has it all and
was the very best in many aspects of the guide business.
GET-R-DONE's Doug Crandall is KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS,
and
INFORMATIVE. He has a very COMFORTABLE BOAT and best of
all he is
willing to TEACH AND PASS ON TECHNIQUES.

he deserves our
